I am privileged to lead Muka, an organisation dedicated to working alongside whānau to strengthen relationships and support tamariki and rangatahi to thrive.

With over 25 years’ experience in executive leadership across health, education, and the NGO sector, I am passionate about building innovative, evidence-based, and community-led approaches that create lasting change. My focus is on strong partnerships, reducing inequities, and supporting reflective, high-performing teams.

Hawke’s Bay is home for my wife and me, and we’re proud parents of three adult children and grandparents to five wonderful mokopuna.
