My background is diverse, with over 25 years of Executive Management, and have previously worked in Education and Health.  Wherever I have worked I have brought together strong, evidence-based, and reflective teams that are committed to successfully making a difference in people’s lives

My wife and I moved to Hawke’s Bay to make it our home nearly a decade ago and loved it.  Together we have three adult children with five beautiful mokopuna.
