My name is Loraine, I am a registered Social Worker at Muka Whānau Services. With extensive experience as a front-line community social worker in South Auckland, I returned to Hawke’s Bay and have taken on the role of Wellbeing Support at Raureka Primary.

My practice is family-centred and strength-based, focusing on empowering families and children to thrive and reach their full potential. I am passionate about creating an environment where children can grow and succeed.

Life outside work is dedicated to family time and travelling around in the motor home. I am a mum to three children and have five grandchildren.
